The service, particularly during check-in, was a bit slow as the staff needed a manager to answer questions. The continental breakfast area is easily accessible from the rooms. However, the dining experience was subpar with expired yogurt and limited options. On the positive side, gluten-free dishes were available. The facilities were decent overall.
